Boating @ Riva is a brief voyage into an amphitheater of rippling water and dazzling sunlight. It invokes your inner philosopher and inspires the dormant birdwatcher. We try to keep our boating experience a very natural and silent one without the use of any motors.
Morning rides are the best for your mind, but evening rides are irresistible for the eyes.
Catch the glimpse of nature waking up along the lake and coconut lagoons of Kerala’s native villages.
We will set sail at dawn and wander through the narrow stream into the vast Kadinamkulam lake.
Coffee/tea will be served on the boat as per guest request.
To catch the sunset in the boat, we would set sail by around 5 pm evening and return by sunset.
The evening boating allows us to watch the birds flying back to their nests and sky changing its colors to onset the night.

The silence of the night is broken only by the sound of the water separating, for the boat to pass through.
Once we reach the middle of the lake, we will halt for a coffee break and enjoy the moon dipped lake.
